This could be an idea about healthcare, education, climate or new ways of working together. But no matter how much we like the concept of innovation, most of us think it is only reserved for visionary leaders or nerdy Gyro Gearloose type of people. Nothing could be further from the truth! Innovation is not difficult at all.
You only need to learn to think and act differently. Design thinking is a process by which designers and architects approach problem solving. You can learn a great deal from this approach because they tackle complex problems by being solution oriented instead of problem focused, by putting user experience at centre stage and by involving clients with their inspiring sketches and models. Since 2002, Design Thinking is showing up more and more on the management agendas of organisations. Experience for yourself why Design Thinking offers such a refreshing alternative to traditional problem solving and actually leads to results.
